Security
Verify your download
After downloading, you can verify the file's integrity. On macOS/Linux run shasum -a 256 <file>; on Windows run Get-FileHash <file> -Algorithm SHA256, then compare it with our published checksums.
The Windows installers are not yet code-signed: if SmartScreen appears, choose “More info → Run anyway”. The macOS installers are signed and notarized by Apple and open normally.
